This allows him to exercise creativity\, innovation\, enthusiasm and empathy with the people he serves.   Mr. Daz  works as a co-team lead for the employer liaison team and adaptive technology specialist with Performance Plus Rehabilitative Care Inc.  Jo l seeks to collaborate with clients and prospective employers to create opportunities for sustainable employment for persons with disabilities.  As a result of his sensory impairment\, Mr. Daz  offers a unique perspective to those stakeholders he collaborates with and relates well with the challenges faced by both employers and job seekers with a disability.  Having experienced progressive vision loss\, Jo l has developed an array of techniques and acquired knowledge in adaptive solutions\, which he uses in assisting others in overcoming barriers to employment.  Ultimately\, Jo l endeavours to help raise awareness for persons with disabilities and is steadfast in his quest to help improve the lives of persons he serves.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nGraziella Forbes\n\nWith over 20 years of experience working as a teacher\, education consultant and curriculum developer with the Inuit in Nunavik\, Graziella now supports job seekers with disabilities as a Bilingual Rehabilitation Consultant for Performance Plus Rehabilitative Care (PPRC) since 2015. Through customizing second language learning situations and implementing new teaching strategies to preparing qualified candidates for impactful career search moves\, Graziella enjoys differentiating approaches to meet the individual needs of a diverse clientele. Graziella received her Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa and Honours B.A. Specialist in French Language and Literature and Major in Psychology from the University of Toronto. She is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) and an active volunteer with several community organizations.
