Prabmeet Singh Sarkaria\, Minister of Transportation\n\n\n\nPrabmeet Sarkaria is the Minister of Transportation and Member of Provincial Parliament for Brampton South.\n\n\n\nHe has served as the Member of Provincial Parliament for Brampton South since his election in 2018 and has held several key positions in the Ontario government\, including Minister of Transportation\, President of the Treasury Board\, and Associate Minister of Small Business and Red Tape Reduction.\n\n\n\nBefore his political career\, Prabmeet worked as a corporate and commercial associate at Miller Thomson LLP. He holds a law degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University\, where he majored in Finance. Prior to practicing law\, he worked at TD Securities.\n\n\n\nPassionate about community service\, Prabmeet has been an active volunteer\, serving on the City of Brampton's Property Standards Committee and the Board of Directors for Hockey for Humanity and KarmaGrow. He is also an avid sports fan who enjoys playing and watching hockey\, basketball\, baseball\, and football.\n\n\n\nPrabmeet lives in Brampton\, Ontario\, with his wife\, Sarpreet\, and their three children.
