Exploring the initial phase of the design thinking process with a practical application\, you will develop user personas\, identify unarticulated needs and map experience journeys. In the process\, you will discover a powerful\, human-centred approach to problem solving that can minimize risks for your organization\, while increasing your resilience and creativity in the face of complex problems and continuous change.
