Kathryn Tremblay is a Canadian entrepreneur with over 30 years specializing in the human aspect of human resources. As CEO and co-founder of excelHR (an affiliate of Altis Recruitment), Kathryn has dedicated her entire career toward the betterment of the staffing process.
With offices in Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver, employers from coast-to-coast rely on excelHR for recruitment services, thought leadership, and consultative HR support across industries and disciplines.
A champion of people, Kathryn regularly serves as a career ambassador to new Canadians by offering opportunities for professional growth within her firm. She also provides one-on-one coaching to support young women in achieving their academic dreams and is a proud supporter of many community-minded organizations.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and is fluent in French.
Komal Minhas
Komal is the founder of Karseva Co., a company focused on building individual and societal resilience through training programs, media production, and investing. She curates powerful experiences and conversations as an interviewer, educator, investor, and champion for womxn globally, and for this work, was named to Oprah Winfrey’s Super Soul 100 list.
Komal is the host of the talk show, Lessons Learned, where she leverages her varied life and business experiences and background as a journalist to deeply connect with her guests and global audience on topics of resilience. A recent career highlight for Komal was interviewing former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama in front of an audience of 8,000 for Mrs. Obama’s Canadian stadium tour.
As a resilience educator, Komal trains individuals through her virtual programs to better understand their own strengths and capacity as they work to transform the systems we live in.
