Ottawa's 21 under 21 Awards Gala

The Youth Ottawa 21 Under 21 Awards Gala returns on November 10, 2026, bringing together Ottawa’s business and community leaders to celebrate 21 remarkable young people making an impact in our city and beyond.

For nearly 30 years, Youth Ottawa has recognized young people whose stories demonstrate leadership, resilience, entrepreneurship, creativity, community service and perseverance.

Today, the event is also becoming an important bridge between generations of Ottawa leaders. In partnership with the Ottawa Business Journal, Youth Ottawa is working to create stronger connections between the 21 Under 21 community and Ottawa’s Forty Under 40 alumni; giving emerging leaders earlier access to the people, relationships and opportunities that help shape careers and communities.

Guests will enjoy an evening of networking, dinner, entertainment and inspiring stories while meeting some of the young people who may become Ottawa’s future entrepreneurs, executives, innovators and community leaders.

Business leaders can participate by attending the Gala, bringing a team or becoming an event sponsor.
