Learn how to build better habits and set a goal for yourself while raising funds to ensure that no one faces dementia alone in Ottawa and Renfrew County.
Help us to reach our goal of $160,000. Every dollar counts to ensure people living with dementia in our region and the people who care for them receive the support, education and programming needed to live well with dementia.
Anyone can take the BrainyActive Challenge by doing a brain-boosting activity every day for 21 days, this September. It's simple, pick from one of the 3 categories and we will connect you with an expert on the subject. Day by day, you will be guided to make small adjustments to reach your goal to build a new brain-boosting habit!
Join us in person to celebrate your new brain-boosting habit and learn more about how the Dementia Society can help!
