War for Talent Luncheon

Internationally renowned expert and author, Seth Mattison will kick off the afternoon with an engaging keynote followed by a panel discussion featuring local business leaders. 

Seth Mattison advises many of the world's leading brands and organizations on key shifts happening around talent management, change and innovation, leadership, and the future of work. 

Following Seth, a panel discussion featuring local business leaders will examine talent-related issues impacting the Ottawa market. Moderated by Heather McLachlin, President of Cowan Insurance Group, the panellists are:
