Join Dr. Vera Etches, Medical Officer of Health with Ottawa Public Health as she discusses the importance of getting outside on our physical and mental well-being. Dr. Etches will share how you can take advantage of the beautiful weather while still respecting physical distancing.
Dr. Etches will also walk us through the proper use of non-medical masks, including when and how to wear one and the proper care of reusable masks.
