Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@ottawabot.ca at least 72 business hours prior to the event start time to guarantee a refund. Tickets may be transferred if you are unable to attend. Please provide us with a minimum 24 hours' notice to transfer your ticket. All tickets are purchased in advance online - we are unable to sell tickets at the door. Ottawa Board of Trade may close event registration prior to the event for any reason.

Arts Network Ottawa and the Ottawa Arts Council have been the city's leading voices for arts advocacy for more than 40 years. As champions for artists and arts organizations in the region, these two organizations have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to support creative initiatives, advocated for funding for local artists, and ensured the creative ecosystem was healthy. This year, Arts Network Ottawa and the Ottawa Arts Council are merging to create a new, unified organization advancing the arts in Ottawa. Together, they will bring a stronger voice to our arts community.
