Kathryn Tremblay is a Canadian entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience specializing in the human aspect of human resources. As CEO and co-founder of excelHR, Altis Recruitment, Altis Technology, and excelITR, Kathryn has dedicated her entire career toward the betterment of the staffing process.
With offices in Toronto and Vancouver (in addition to Ottawa), employers from coast to coast have come to rely on Kathryn’s firm for recruitment services, thought leadership, and consultative HR support across industries and disciplines. Kathryn has been named the 2021 CEO of the Year by Ottawa Business Journal and the Ottawa Board of Trade and recognized for running one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies (Platinum Club Member) by Deloitte.
