Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@ottawabusinessevents.ca at least 72 business hours prior to the event start time to guarantee a refund. Tickets may be transferred if you are unable to attend. Please provide us with a minimum 24 hours' notice to transfer your ticket. All tickets are purchased in advance online - we are unable to sell tickets at the door. Ottawa Business Events may close event registration prior to the event for any reason.

Special Guest: Martin Imbleau, CEO, Via HFR
VIA HFR is developing a new fast, reliable and more frequent passenger train service in the Toronto-Québec City corridor.
CEO Martin Imbleau’s vision is to provide solutions to the challenges of intercity transportation, housing and regional economic growth.
Martin Imbleau brings a wealth of experience in developing and implementing major linear infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining VIA HFR, Martin was President and CEO of the Montreal Port Authority. Previously, he was Vice-President of Corporate Strategies and Business Development at Hydro-Québec. He has also held senior vice-president positions at Énergir, where he was responsible for business development, renewable energy, community relations, corporate strategy and operations.
Martin holds a Master of Law degree from Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Law from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1997. He continues to champion international human rights through the publication of several books on international law, human rights, freedom of expression, genocide and transitional justice.

VIA TGF travaille au développement d'un nouveau service de train de passagers rapide, fiable et plus fréquent dans le corridor Québec – Toronto.
Martin Imbleau, PDG de VIA TGF, a pour objectif de proposer une solution aux défis du transport interurbain, du logement et de la croissance économique régionale.
Martin Imbleau possède une vaste expérience dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de grands projets d'infrastructures linéaires.
Avant de se joindre à VIA TGF, Martin était président-directeur général de l'Administration portuaire de Montréal. Auparavant, il a occupé le poste de vice-président stratégies d'entreprise et développement des affaires à Hydro-Québec. Il a également occupé plusieurs postes de vice-président principal chez Énergir, où il était responsable du développement des affaires, de l'énergie renouvelable, des relations avec la communauté, de la stratégie d'entreprise et des opérations.
Martin est titulaire d'une Maîtrise en droit de l'Université de Montréal et d'un Baccalauréat en droit de l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Il a été admis au Barreau du Québec en 1997. Il continue de défendre les droits de l'homme au niveau international notamment en publiant de nombreux livres sur le droit international, les droits de l'homme, la liberté d'expression, les génocides et la justice transitionnelle.
