Brian P. McGuire is the President and CEO of the Associated Equipment Distributors (AED), the largest US/Canada trade association.  AED represents US and Canadian companies involved in the distribution of equipment used in construction, agriculture, forestry, mining, and power generation.  Brian and AED are vocal advocates for free trade between Canada and the US and in fighting tariffs.

Gavin is MNP’s Regional Tax Leader in the Eastern Ontario Region and brings more than two decades of experience helping clients with their tax planning and compliance needs. He develops innovative solutions to complex tax challenges and helps clients optimize their tax positions.



Gavin works with clients across a variety of industries, including technology, real estate and construction, health care, and manufacturing. His extensive experience spans estate planning, wills, mergers and acquisitions, employee buyouts, and stock option plans. He also supports clients expanding into international markets, ensuring their tax structures are efficient from start-up through maturity. His commitment to understanding client needs ensures he consistently delivers exceptional service.

Kevin Page is recognized as a national authority on Canada’s budgetary system and its intersection with cabinet and parliament. As the founding President and CEO of IFSD, Kevin sets the organization’s strategic direction and ensures the highest quality of its analysis and products.

Over his 27-year public service career, Kevin held senior roles at the Department of Finance, Treasury Board Secretariat, and Privy Council Office, providing fiscal and economic advice to the Prime Minister and cabinet. As Canada’s first Parliamentary Budget Officer (PBO) in 2008, Kevin set new standards for fiscal transparency and accountability. Following his tenure on Parliament Hill, he served as the Jean Luc Pepin Research Chair at the University of Ottawa and currently teaches public policy at McGill University’s Max Bell School of Public Policy.
