General Admission – Wine or Whisky - $79.00
 
Admission at 7:00 pm to an evening of finger food and a selection of wines and whiskies. Admission includes 4 tastings of either wine or whisky.
 
Whiskies include select single malt whiskies from Scotland, Japan and India including special editions like Glenfiddich Winter Storm.
 
Master Class – Wine or Whisky - $99.00- Each Master Class has only 25 places – act soon to get your first choice
 
In addition to the four samples included in the general admission, a Master Class will be provided by a Brand Ambassador. The three Master Classes are described below.
 
Glenfiddich - This Master Class will be presented by Beth Havers, the National Brand Ambassador for the Glenfiddich whiskies. Whiskies from across the range will be presented including from the “Experimental Series” which includes Winter Storm, Project XX, Fire and Cane and IPA. Beth is a global leader in the spirits industry and the Winter Storm expression was developed under her guidance and in addition she had a major influence on the Project XX expression in the Experimental Series. Five whiskies from the currently available Glenfiddich offerings will be included.
 
Distell- This Master Class will be presented by Mike Brisebois, the National Brand Ambassador for Distell. Whiskies that will be presented include expressions from Bunnahabhain, Tobermory and Deanston. Distell master classes always include at least one exceptional expression, unique by its age, barrel type or provenance. Five Distell products will be introduced and explained. Mike is an outstanding Brand Ambassador who really brings to life the exceptional qualities of the whiskies on presentation.
 
Wine-Julie Ricard from Domaine Perrault wineries will present five wines from the current range of vintages on offer. A selection of five white, red and rose wines will be presented. These will highlight the breadth and depth of the wines available from Domaine Perrault. Classics including Cabernet Franc, Merlot blends are included as well as unique blends such as Zanibel and Isabella, created by the master blender at Domaine Perrault.
 
General Admission No Alcohol Included - $35.00
 
Admission includes the wonderful food, conversations and unforgettable views of Ottawa and Parliament Hill from the delightful outdoor terrace and high-tech indoor spaces. This option is provided for those who do not wish to share in the offerings or who are attending as the designated driver for others in attendance. Water, juices and soft drinks are available and Individual samples are available for sale if there is a particular wine or whisky that intrigues you.
 
Auction- The evening will include an auction of unique whiskies, a very special Cognac that has been donated by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society and other interesting and unique gifts,
