·        Canadian Language Benchmark level 5+ (only required for ABC’s of Entrepreneurship Training)
·        Permanent Resident or Conventional Refugee or CUAET (Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency  
         Travel)
·       Ottawa Residents ONLY
