ONE Hub (Ottawa Newcomer Entrepreneurs Hub) will be hosting a free workshop "Social Enterprise 101: Start A Business That Makes Society Better" facilitated by immigrant entrepreneur and the founder of The Box of Life; Akil Mesiwala.
When: February 28th @ 6:00-7:30pm

The workshop on social enterprise will inform participants on the key features of this type of business, including:
- Identifying social issues, exploring business models and how to fund them
- Discussing the importance of storytelling, branding and community building
- Sharing case studies
- Q&A session
