Trade Accelerator Program (TAP) Indigenous Cohort Info Session - September 2021

When it comes to trade, just 4% of Canadian small & medium - sized businesses are exporting their goods. This is a fraction of the 20%+ of exporting SMEs in other G7 countries. It is time to help Canadian SMEs get the support they need.  That is the aim of the Trade Accelerator Program.
 

TAP is an award-winning program designed to help small- and medium-sized enterprises gain knowledge and the necessary network of contacts to unleash their export potential. Through a series of in-depth workshop sessions with leading trade and industry experts, SME owners and executives learn to overcome export barriers and reach new markets faster.

• Generates more than $500,000 in annual revenue
• Has been operating for at least 2 years
• It is already exporting a product, service, or technology but wishes to diversify its markets or has taken exploratory steps to start exporting
• Has a product, service or technology with a strong competitive advantage
