Description
5 Stages of Disaster Recovery – A Framework for Strengthening Your Organization
Every organization right now is in a different place than they were a few weeks ago. Some organizations have quickly assessed their situation, made decisions and begun execution. Others have barely begun to adjust to their new environment. Although we're all moving at various speeds and trajectories, we are all moving through the same recovery framework: React, Assess, Stabilize, Recover, Reimagine. Knowing where you are in the process and what you should be doing can be critical to your businesses success.
In this panel event, the CEO advisory team at Stratford Managers will share their experience as CEOs and what they’re observing in other organizations. They’ll be addressing real questions from real businesses that they’ve collected while supporting CEOs and their teams through the current upheaval.
Moderated by CEO Advisor, Mark Sutcliffe, the discussion will explore the top concerns of CEOs and organizations while sharing pragmatic advice on how businesses can gain strength through uncertainty and come out of the crisis stronger and healthier than before.
Panelists:
Jim Roche, President & CEO of Stratford Managers Corporation, founded the company to positively impact society by helping organizations and their leaders achieve their full potential.
