He has worked with clients across various sectors including Tech, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing and the Public Sector.
Patrick Coady, Partner, Deal Advisory Services
Patrick is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Services practice in Canada and a Managing Director of KPMG Corporate Finance Inc. He has over 28 years of experience dealing with a full range of complex commercial transaction and valuation issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, re-organization, joint ventures and disputes.
Kas Rehman, Partner, Forensic Services
With over 25 years of professional experience, Kas has been involved in a number of high profile investigations on behalf of public and private sector clients. He has prepared reports on various insurance related matters including business interruption, property loss, fidelity bond, personal injury and professional negligence.
