Paul Sammut is a leader of KPMG’s Regions East Cyber Security team. He has over 20 years of experience in IT & Information Security providing Consultancy & Assurance in Europe, the US and Canada. He has worked with clients across various sectors including Tech, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing and the Public Sector.
Patrick Coady, Partner, Deal Advisory Services
Patrick is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory Services practice in Canada and a Managing Director of KPMG Corporate Finance Inc. He has over 28 years of experience dealing with a full range of complex commercial transaction and valuation issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, re-organization, joint ventures and disputes.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Kas has been involved in a number of high profile investigations on behalf of public and private sector clients.
