Get Moving!
Join Frank Desrosiers, athlete, coach and personal trainer, as he leads the discussion on exercise and workout routines with a timely perspective!
Ottawa is on the cusp of fully re-opening, and many people are anxious to get back to the gym and their workout routines. After several weeks of either inactivity or reduced intensity, how do you get back into your workouts? How much exercise is too much? Do you need to refresh your routine?
And for those people who now work from home, how do you stay active and mobile when you rarely leave your home office? Are there ways to make working from home healthier from an exercise and movement perspective? What kinds of exercises or stretches can be done sitting at your desk?
Frank will answer these questions and more!
Frank is a 15-year veteran of the Canoe Kayak Canadian National team. He has coached kayak sprint, Kayak marathon, running, biking, cross country skiing, powerlifting, weightlifting, kettlebell sport and functional fitness all from the developmental level to as high as the international level.
