I've spent my whole career behind the counter. Future Shop, mall kiosks, wireless shops, then Mobile Klinik, where I was employee number one and helped open more than 90 stores across Canada.
When Telus bought the company for $165M in 2020, I had a secure job and a good story. But I kept looking at the local businesses around me, the ones our economy runs on, and realizing none of them had access to the systems we'd spent six years building.
So I started GRND Consulting to fix that. I work with Main Street service businesses, salons, auto shops, pet groomers, anyone who delivers a skilled service in person, and I help them get out of the chaos their own growth created.
When I'm not working, I'm with my family or out for a run. I got into endurance running in 2023 with my first marathon, and I'm slowly working my way up to a 100-mile ultra.
