When you think fractional, typically the first thought is Virtual CFO....a day or two a week to keep things in line as you grow. Often a no-brainer...
Marketing through a virtual CMO or a great agency might also be something that you have experienced. Happens every day....
That is a tougher one but it is also an option that I, personally, have had great success with.
Virtual CSO, CRO?
Well, I don't think you should outsource ultimate accountability for revenue to someone outside of the company or a virtual service BUT there are components that are absolutely 'outsourceable' (is that a word?).
