We are living through accelerated social and digital transformations, impacting how we work and how we solve complex problems. Leading in this context of uncertainty requires collaborative and creative approaches while co-creating effective solutions with your clients and employees.
You can be more responsive, effective and empathic with your end-users by applying design thinking skills that emphasize the application of emotional intelligence to the identification of the real problems your stakeholders are facing. Exploring the initial phase of the design thinking process with a practical application, you will develop user personas, identify unarticulated needs and map experience journeys. In the process, you will discover a powerful, human-centred approach to problem solving that can minimize risks for your organization, while increasing your resilience and creativity in the face of complex problems and continuous change.
This session will be led by Sylvie Plante and moderated by Claude Haw.
