Kane Willmott is the Co-Founder and CEO of iQ Offices, a luxury coworking brand with locations across Canada in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver. He is passionate about creating experiential environments where top performers are inspired to do their best work.
Kane also served a two-year term as President of the Global Workspace Association (GWA) with membership that includes many of the top performing coworking spaces around the world.
Kane is a registered real estate broker with 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. His real estate background, experience in growing iQ from one to nine locations along with his position in the
GWA have provided him with unique insights into the trends, benchmarks and opportunities of this rapidly growing industry.
Scott Ashley is the President and co-founder of Get Ready Inc. Scott’s strong belief is to separate policies from procedures and truly “operationalize” these often complex, policy-based programs into response-ready capabilities.
He has over twelve years experience in EMS from his early years as a paramedic where he worked in Alberta, Los Angeles, Toronto and for eight years as a Critical Care Flight Paramedic on the Bandage One helicopter based in Toronto. Since that time Scott has founded companies that focused on first aid training, emergency Management, BCP and Pandemic planning. Scott developed pandemic plans for many Fortune 500 clients, professional services firms and medium size companies.
