She is passionate about supporting others in prioritizing self-care and optimizing their health through nutrition and practical lifestyle choices. She is the owner of Heather Weddell Nutrition and live in the northwest end of Ottawa with her loving spouse Geoff and her beautiful German Shepherd Sofie.
