Returning to Work: Understanding and Managing COVID-19 Related Anxiety
Are you feeling anxious thinking about returning to the office? What will social distancing look like in the lunchroom?
If you feel like your anxiety level is going up…. you are not alone. For months, we’ve been told to socially isolate from families, friends and colleagues because of the dangers of a virus we still don’t understand or control. It has instilled fear in all of us and governed our day-to-day lives.
This webinar will focus on understanding fear, recognizing our reactions and strategies in fostering a positive mindset as we move forward to a new normal in the office.
